Metalloscope is a high precision and high efficiency measuring instrument that takes image, eyepiece and nanoscale height into consideration, and integrates optics, machinery, electronics, computing and video. This instrument has two sighting systems: television image and visual optics, which can be used to observe metallographic structure of a metal’s surface. This instrument is mainly applied in 2D measurement, sometimes in 3D measurement as well. It is widely used in manufacturing sectors, such as electronic components, precise mold, precise tool, plastic, PCB, coating’s thickness, handset grass, etc.

1. Z-axis  linear scale resolution: 0.1μm
2. X and Y axes adopt air bearing and granite guide, ensuring a precision and stable mechanical system, and improving measuring accuracy.
3. X, Y, Z axis all adopted servo control system - Quick positioning with high precision, and stable operation.
4. Coaxial light / bottom light measurement.
5. Built-in optical module for measuring polarized light.
6. Self-developed measuring software QMS3D-M, and imported HD 1/2" color camera.
7. Detects the measured workpiece’s specific location by laser indicator, which is quick to position, and convenient to operate.
8. Z-axis’s auto-focusing available.
9. Polarized light measurement and DIC measurement available.
10. Can be matched with white light nanometer measuring module to measure object whose thickness is in nanoscale.
