● MMD series contour meter is right-angle coordinate measurement method, contact needle contact, the mechanical part adopts precision air floating linear guide for X coordinate precision measurement reference, which ensures the measurement accuracy, and good stability, long life, good linearity and easy operation.

● The electrical part consists of industrial control computer and precision grating sensor and precision grating displacement sensor; the measurement software adopts self-developed MMD profiler processing software based on Windows operating system platform.

● The measurement software has rich contour processing functions, which can measure the plain line shape of various precision mechanical parts; the industrial control computer integrated data acquisition card is used for simultaneous acquisition and output of high-frequency and high-capacity data, which ensures the accuracy and high reducibility of measurement data and provides the basis for high-precision measurement accuracy.
