Kasuga Ion Ace (AJM-02)

Ion Ace is a new dust remover that uses an ion shower that eliminates static and dust is automatically removed using compressed air from a spinning nozzle. The nozzle spins by itself at high speed driven by the compressed air, instead of using a motor. The high power of the compressed air enables outstanding efficiency of dust removal. Dust on lenses and liquid crystal displays is a critical problem in the assembly of all types of electronic devices. Ion Ace reduces dust-related defects.
