GS64 is one of the smallest grating scales in this planet, available in two types of miniature reader head housing, which offering two different installation direction respectively, making your scale installation extremely easy.
Standard resolution for GS64 is 0.1μm, maximum measuring speed up to 150m/min, acceleration up to 4G.
Three choices of measuring accuracy: (±10μm/±5μm/±3μm) are available to achieve the best price-performance for your application.
