Outline

This system is used to evaluate the surface of magnetized cylindrical magnets (mainly motors' rotors or stators) by Gaussian analysis of the magnetized surface.
This device measures the surface of a magnetized cylindrical magnet (mainly a motor rotor or stator ) using a gauss meter and evaluates the magnetization state.
Analysis data includes the maximum, minimum, and average peak values for each pole measured,
The X-axis is the angle (Deg) and the Y-axis is the magnetic flux density (Flux Density),

Features

The surface magnetic flux density of a magnetized magnet is measured and evaluated using a probe.
The Gauss meter and Hall probe support 3-axis measurement, so magnetic flux density evaluation in the X, Y, and Z directions is possible simultaneously (MA-7315 only).
(3) Measurement data is output in CSV format and can be imported into general-purpose spreadsheet software.
(4) Two types are available: one for cylindrical evaluation and the other for planar evaluation.
