II. Colorimeter Application

LS173 adopts D/8° specular component include (SCI) and the measured result is closer to the actual color of the object. Usually used in automotive paint, metal processing, stone, ink printing, decorative materials, leather cotton, plastics and plastics industries for product color measurement and management, product color difference quality control. The colorimeter is illuminated by an integrating sphere diffused light source, which is very suitable for color measurement of high-gloss and textured samples.

IV. Features

1. The large 3.5-inch touch screen makes the operation more convenient

The colorimeter comes with a 3.5-inch IPS color touch screen, no key operation is required; the screen is tilted at 20 degrees with a perfect viewing angle, convenient for reading. The color analyzer has a good user experience and human-computer interaction interface.

2. Color measurement and color difference comparison function

Color measurement can be achieved by touching the screen button or pressing the power button, and the color value can be measured in 1 second.

Two clicks can complete the color difference comparison, turn on the QC detection function, batch detection can be performed, and the color difference threshold can be customized to quickly achieve quality control.

3. Lab values, making color adjustment easier

Provide the color deviation indicator of the three color channels of Lab and provides assistance for color adjustment.

4. Good repeatability, accurate and stable measurement data

Good repeatability, standard deviation △E*ab, within 0.03 (measurement conditions: after warm-up correction, the average value of 30 measurements on the whiteboard at an interval of 3s) to ensure that it can pass the inspection of China Institute of Metrology.

5. Seven color spaces and six color difference formulas, highly matching industry needs

The color analyzer has a variety of color spaces such as Lab\RGB\CMYK and a variety of color difference formulas to choose from, matching the color measurement needs of various industries.
