Condition monitor CM-1001 is used for minimizing damage of rotating machinery by continuously monitoring health condition of the rotating machinery. For instance, detecting broken cutting tool of machine tool, diagnosis of pump-motor trouble are effective.

CM-1001 including data logger function. Then it can record machine condition in microSD form just before the trouble. This function will be very useful to prevent recurrence.

Features of CM-1001

  • Over-all vibration monitoring
  • Number of Monitoring channel is 1.
  • Acc-peak, Acc-rms, Acc-CF, Vel-rms, Disp-EQV are measured and monitored simultaneously. Alarm and Trip setting value are confirmed easily when monitoring.
  • Alarm level and Trip level can set independently. Each level is set at 5% to 99.9% of full scale in 0.1% step.
  • Alarm and Trip comparing delay time can be set from 0 to 9.9 seconds in 0.1 second step.
  • Alarm and Trip resetting time can be set from 0 to 99.9 seconds in 0.1 second step.
  • Data logging function with microSD card up to 32 GB.
  • Data transfer to PC via USB port.
  • LCD Screen image storage function
  • 5 external inputs are equipped as standard for monitoring start, external resetting etc.
  • 5 external outputs are equipped as standard not only for alarm, trip but also sensor disconnection alarm etc.
